Anna Crankshaw, CEO
In addition to the daily responsibilities of a CEO, Anna also takes responsibility for quality assurance, project
financial management, and business alliance formation. Anna recently led an engagement that performed an
in-depth refinement of Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory compliance procedures for the accounting functions of a large
multinational firm. Prior to joining SureData, Anna held the following positions:
Vice President of Operational Risk Management at JPMorgan Investor Services.
Was responsible for direct oversight of teams of operational risk managers in the domestic custody, securities
lending and broker-dealer clearance businesses (client book of assets valued at $7 trillion).
Senior Bank Examiner and Team Leader of Global Securities Services Bank Examinations at the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Responsible for the management and oversight of specialized
examinations of complex fiduciary banking activities. She participated in national internal re-engineering efforts.
Anna received a Masters in Public Policy from Columbia University in 1994, where she received was awarded the
Pickering Prize for Excellence in Government.
Anthony DePalma, President
Anthony has over 25 years experience managing the implementation of new technology and complex systems.
Anthony is the chief application designer and executive project manager of all SureData projects. Prior to
founding SureData, Anthony held the following positions:
Vice President, Realty IQ.com. Developed and managed a 200-person Research and Customer Care
department for a major dot-com start-up.
Executive Project Manager, IBM. Developed and implemented strategic outsourcing offerings that focused
on the integration of web technologies to improve Customer Relationship Management business processes.
Senior Manager, AT&T. Developed and implemented web portal strategies for major financial institutions.
Manager, American Express. Planned the worldwide implementation of new technology installations.
Senior Consultant, Accenture. Supervised the development of information systems for national, international
and government clients.
Anthony received a Masters in International & Political Economy from Columbia University in 1994, where he
received a teaching fellowship for Academic Excellence. Anthony graduated First in Class from the College of
Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Anthony is active on numerous non-profit Boards of
Directors, including the MoveOpolis Dance Foundation and the Hampton Bays Civic Association.
